Have you ever woken up and thought: “What am I even doing with my life?”
You’ve read the books, followed the gurus, pumped yourself with some motivational reels, set goals, made plans –
Yet – something still feels off.
You’re (kind of) moving, but not progressing though.
Achieving something (here and there), but internally – not fulfilled.
You’re successful on the outside but uncertain on the inside.
Well, I’ve been there.
And what I found (the key to be) after years and years of searching – is Clarity.
Clarity isn’t just about knowing where you’re going.
It’s about feeling deeply aligned with why you’re going there.
And if you’re feeling lost right now, here’s the truth:
You’re not broken.
There’s nothing wrong with you.
You are not a failure.
You’re just – out of alignment.
So let me show you why you’re actually feeling lost, and most importantly, how to reconnect with your path.
You see, most people don’t lack ambition.
They lack alignment.
They chase someone else’s definition of success, thinking it’ll bring them peace.
And with the increase of ‘Instagram millionaires’ – it’s hard not to fall into that trap.
At the end of the day – we are all humans.
And the truth is, the vast majority of us just want that success so that we can provide a better life for our families.
Which is noble and fair.
The problem is, it’s someone else’s definition of success.
Which will eventually create confusion instead of clarity.
Because you don’t own that definition – it’s a borrowed one.
Here’s what that looks like:
- You’re working hard but don’t know why
- You have options but feel paralyzed by them
- You crave change but don’t trust yourself to choose the right thing
This feeling of being “lost” is simply your inner system rejecting the old path and trying to point you toward a new one.
Better said, it’s your inner compass trying to show you that you are heading in the wrong direction.
And the only way out is through clarity.
What is clarity, really?
Cause it might seem and sound like a very easy and very used word – but do you really understand what that clarity is?
Clarity isn’t a lightning bolt.
It’s not a big revelation from the universe.
Clarity is built.
Step by step.
That’s right.
Despite what many might tell you – clarity is built.
One day at a time.
It’s the process of understanding who you are, where you are right now, and what your next aligned step looks like.
Not the perfect step, just the next one.
I came to realise that (at least for me, and I believe this to be true for everyone) –
Clarity = Self-Awareness + Direction + Action.
However, most people make the mistake of trying to figure out the whole 10-year plan before taking a single step.
Again – been there. Multiple times.
But the truth is, you don’t need a map of the whole forest.
And you definitely don’t need to know the exact number of trees in that forest.
All you need is just to see the next tree.
The 4 Steps to Find Clarity (The KATA Framework)
I will write about the KATA framework and what it means and how I came to it in another blog post.
For now – let me share how to use and how I use it with clients to help them create clarity in life and business.
If you’re truly ready to get out of confusion and reconnect to your path, this is a great framework to use.
1. Know the Direction (Vision)
Define what freedom looks like to you.
Just pause for a moment.
Take a day to really think about this.
Ask yourself:
“If I had total clarity, how would my life feel?”
“What kind of days would I be excited to live?”
- **One lifehack here – most of us (subconsciously) already know what our path is, we are just blind to it.
To get an insight into that – look at your passions, hobbies – there lies the key to your answer.
THEY ARE NOT RANDOM.
Most people never pause to define this, which is why they end up building lives they secretly resent.
Its the reason we have the vast majority of people going to work not out of pleasure but rather necessity.
And of course, we all need to pay the bills.
But wouldn’t you rather go to work and do something you truly enjoy doing?
2. Align with Reality (Truth)
This step is about brutal honesty.
Again, from my experience (most people – fuck this up).
Usually, because we tend not to really indulge in self-reflection, which is why we lack self-awareness.
Which is key to this.
So ask yourself –
Where are you right now, on all levels: mentally, emotionally, financially, spiritually?
No judgment.
Just awareness and brutal no-fluff, no bullshit honesty.
Don’t try to sweeten this.
You are not in school, and I am not giving you a grade for this.
You are doing it for yourself.
I still remember when I (seriously) jumped on this journey of self-discovery/ self-audit back in 2017.
I just got out of my first ever relationship, which shattered my heart at the time, and in the quest of starting a new life – one day I closed myself in a room and sat at the table with a mirror in front of me.
I started analysing my past thoughts, behaviours, characteristics, traits – to stop myself in a moment and shout “who the fuck are you trying to bullshit here?”.
There’s no one here – except just you. You don’t need to impress anyone, and you are not getting a grade for your answer. Be honest – cause its the only way you can grow, change, improve and become better.
So remember – the more honest you can be, the easier it will be for you to find your clarity.
Without seeing where you truly and really are, you won’t be able to move forward.
You’ll keep solving the wrong problems.
3. Target the Next Step (Focus)
What’s the next achievable target that feels aligned and true?
It doesn’t have to be big.
In fact, it shouldn’t be.
It should be comfortable, reachable and achievable (easily).
Think:
- Start journaling every morning for 5 minutes (my ultimate lifehack and favourite tool for self-reflection, self-discovery and self-awareness).
- Say no to one thing that drains your energy (again, through journaling you can find out what that one thing is)
- Have one conversation you’ve been avoiding (start small or again do it on paper if you don’t want to confront the person you should have it with).
Clarity comes from traction, not overthinking.
4. Act & Adapt (Momentum)
This is where the magic happens.
Clarity isn’t found through thinking.
It’s found through action.
Take the next step.
Watch what happens.
Track.
Adjust.
Repeat.
Every small step realigns you with your path.
When you find you (true) path, when you find (real) clarity – everything feels different.
- You wake up with energy again
- You stop second-guessing every move
- You feel grounded, powerful, and present
- You say no without guilt and yes without fear
Clarity gives you your power back.
It’s the starting point for every meaningful transformation.
Whether in your life, your business, or your relationships.
I define my life as before and after I found clarity.
Before I was just existing.
After (now) I live.

If you’re feeling stuck, lost, or in a loop of indecision – it’s time to pause, reflect, and realign.
You don’t need another productivity hack.
You need clarity.
And it starts with just one aligned decision.
If you want help getting there, this is exactly what I help my clients with – personally and professionally.
I guide entrepreneurs, coaches, and creators through deep alignment work to reconnect with their truth, simplify their direction, and build a business that finally feels like them.
You don’t need to figure it all out right now.
And you definitely don’t need to walk this path alone.
You just need to start.
